Can you tell me more about the ‘Featured’ page?
The Lakiki ‘featured’ page showcases collections of unique and inspiring products designed by us and some of the best independent makers and designers around.

How long will each product be available?
Because Lakiki feature products that are unique and exclusive, most items will be limited in quantity. If an item you like is sold out, shoot us an email and we will do our best to get it for you.


Who do you use for shipping?
Lakiki use ‘Australia Post’ for shipping your items as they are one of the biggest, which means you get your order faster and more securely.

How much does shipping cost?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING – Australia wide costs ($10.00) with a signature required upon delivery.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – Australia wide costs ($15.00)

Please select either the Domestic or Express Shipping option at the checkout.

Do Lakiki offer Worldwide shipping?
{We sure do!} INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – cost ($22.00 AUD).

What type of payment do Lakiki accept?
Paying for products on Lakiki is safe and easy using PAYPAL, Stripe and Afterpay. You can pay with your Credit Card using Paypal even if you do not have a PayPal balance.


What is the Lakiki exchange/return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy, please inform us immediately by email at info@lakiki.com.au to arrange your return for an exchange. Lakiki accept returns within (14 days) from date of purchase and only if items are unused, unwashed & in original condition with tags attached. You will need to supply a return satchel with your {name, address, contact number, order reference} and cover the postage when sending an item back to Lakiki.

Please Note – The nature of Lakiki is to make and find inspiring handmade products, that are unique and exclusive. In some cases this will mean that items may vary slightly from the image you see. If an item arrives entirely different and you are not happy, please email us immediately to arrange a return for exchange.


Do Lakiki refund faulty items?
In short, OF COURSE! However, Lakiki do not offer any refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices, and that the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Refunds are only made available if an item is deemed faulty at the discretion of Lakiki and has been returned within 21-days from the original date of purchase. Lakiki reserve the right to reject a faulty claim if concluded to not be a manufacturing default.

All items are inspected before being dispatched, to ensure you receive a quality product every time. Lakiki take extra care when packaging your purchase however, we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

How long will my faulty claim take to be processed?
Once we have received the returned item, please allow 10 business days for your item to be processed. We will notify you by email when completed.

How will I be refunded?
If your return is deemed faulty, you will be refunded through your original method of payment, minus original shipping charges and duties paid.


Can I return a sale item for exchange or refund?
Sorry! All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on sale items.

What if I purchased a full priced item with my discount code?
You may return the item as per normal policies under {Returns}.


How do I use my gift card or Promotion discount code?
When you have finished shopping on Lakiki and you want to checkout, follow the payment process until you see the option to enter your gift voucher/promo code. Enter your code and press ‘apply’ and proceed to payment, the discounted amount will be deducted from the order total. Please Note – the entire value must be used in the one sale process as no credit will be given.

How many gift voucher/promotional codes can I use per order?
Lakiki only accept one(1) discount code per order.

What do I do if my Gift Card or Promotional Code is not working?
Please note that gift cards & promo codes are case sensitive, check your caps lock and ensure you have typed the code 100% correctly. If this still fails to work, please email our customer service at info@lakiki.com.au.
